Integrating your WordPress CMS with Genysis can significantly streamline your content publishing process, allowing you to automatically publish articles directly from our platform to your WordPress site. Follow these steps to set up and use the integration:

  1. Create a New Integration:

    1.1 Navigate to the "Integrations" section in the Genysis platform.
    1.2 Click on "Add New Integration".
    1.3 Choose a name for your integration.
    1.4 Enter your WordPress URL.
    1.5 Provide the username or email you use to log in to your WordPress account.
  2. Set Up Application Password in WordPress:

    2.1 Log in to your WordPress account.
    2.2 Go to "Users", “Profile”, scroll down and select "Application Passwords".
    2.3 Click on "New Application Password" and add a new application password.
    2.4 Once the application password is generated, copy it.
  3. Connect Genysis to WordPress:

    3.1 Return to the Genysis platform and paste the copied application password.
    3.2 Click "Connect" to establish the integration.
  4. Define Integration Settings:

    4.1 After connecting, you can define the status of your posts (e.g., draft, published).
    4.2 Choose the authorship settings and set the time gap between each post.
    4.3 Opt to use a keyword as the slug, select a specific category, or allow our AI software system to assign one automatically, accordingly to the text generated.
  5. Approval and Use:

    5.1 The integration needs to be approved by the admin. Once approved, you can start using it.
    5.2 To publish an article, generate your content as usual in Genysis.
    5.3 Click "Send to Integration" to post the article directly to your WordPress CMS.
    5.4 Log in to your WordPress account and navigate to "Posts". You will find your newly published articles as defined in your settings.
