How to cancel your account

To cancel your subscription plan, please follow these steps:

Navigate to Credits Feature: Log in to our SaaS platform, go to the "Account" section, and click on the "Credits" feature.
Locate Cancel Subscription Button: On the page displaying your monthly/annual plans, scroll down until you find the "Cancel Subscription" button, and click on it.
Confirm Cancellation: Your monthly/annual payment will be cancelled, but your account and any remaining credits will remain active.
Re-subscribe Anytime: You can purchase another plan at any time by following the initial subscription steps.
